For UV-DTF printing, the recommended minimum line thickness is 0.025 inches (approx. 0.6 mm, 8 pixels, or 1.8 points). Any lines, fine text, or negative spaces thinner than this risk breaking apart, failing to adhere to the transfer film, or closing up during production.
